		<description>Mark - Actually, that&#039;s one of the misconceptions that a lot of people have about armor and knights. Armor isn&#039;t especially heavy (a modern soldier carries much more equipment, poundage-wise, than a medieval knight). And if armor is well made, it is not particularly restrictive either. Seeing what you can (and can&#039;t) do while wearing armor is one of the things we do in our educational seminars - and it&#039;s one of the reasons that its important to train for Western martial arts while wearing armor.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m always amazed by this kind of stuff. I still can not figure out how they walked around in these suits of armor. I&#039;m guessing there was very little, if any, walking while suited in this stuff.</description>
